Self Love Retreat

How does a Friday evening of self-care sound? Meraki Mama’s Boutique and Red Dragon Herbs are hosting a self-love retreat on February 17 at Luana Savings Bank in Polk City from 5:30 to 8:30. It will be an evening of fun and life-empowering activities and workshops centered around boosting your mental well-being. Light appetizers from Sisters in Cheese will be served with tea from Red Dragon Herbs. 

The evening will include:

• A tea mixology class from Red Dragon Herbs, with a herbal tea blend to take home
• Making a perfume roll-on with Meraki Mama’s Boutique, using flowers from Wild Bird Farm in Madrid. 
• A guided meditation with Kristen Strawhacker-Bonzer, DPT. 
• Discussion of mental health with Q&A with Jen Blaylock, Nurse Practitioner at North Polk Family Medicine. 
• Special Self Care Goodie Bag 

Please bring: yoga mat or blanket, blankets, warm and cozy clothes, water bottle, warm socks, anything to make you feel comfortable
