Gunpowder Green Tea

Why is it called gunpowder? Because it’s rolled into small balls that resemble gunpowder. The Chinese call it “pearl tea”, the British called it “gunpowder”. To be honest, the Chinese probably had better marketing. Either way, this is the gold standard of green tea.
